Inner Ankle Pain Inner Ankle-area Pain? (Orthopedic Doctor, Other Doctor, Runners, Or Other Athletes In General)?

Inner Ankle-area Pain? (Orthopedic doctor, other doctor, runners, or other athletes in general)? - inner ankle pain

I ran it for about 6 weeks and sprained his foot in a hole in the lawn. I stopped for about 4 weeks and I had no pain when I started running again about 2 weeks. Last week, however, I was around 30 Hill repeated on asphalt (I've run my form as well) and the next day had my ankle and the domestic leg near the ankle joint pain, severe persistent. I, for one hour or less per day since then refrigerated, but kept running until the pain became intermediaries (the 2nd day I was running again). I do not know if the pain is the band / tendon pain in the general area where I / tense slightly sprained, that when a stress fracture of about the cabin, or if it's just a pain any more because I still occasional relapses.

If it's a stress fracture, it hurts all the time. Whether you are walking or sitting, running in particular. I think that we only him time to recover himself. You need to relax and remember that just because we receive, this does not mean he has recovered. To keep the ice, and if no improvement is due to go see a doctor. We hope you feel better =]
