I'm afraid the best I've found for obesity (a BMI> 25 defined) for all women, not by age. The Excel file in 2 countries in 1978 and 16 countries in 2003. The most recent data are not available to pay to the OECD (without something like 250 or 300 euros, I can not remember the exact price).
